Objective: Jump as far forward as possible from a standing position.
Standards:
Both feet must start behind the designated line.
No steps or momentum allowed—standing jump only.
Distance is measured from the start line to the closest part of the body that touches the ground (usually the heel).
Each athlete gets 2 attempts; best score counts.
Must land in control—no falling backward or stepping forward.
Objective: Jump vertically onto the highest box possible.
Standards:
Feet must begin flat on the floor, stationary.
No running start or assisted rebound (e.g., off knees or previous box).
Athlete must land with both feet fully on the box and show control for 3 seconds.
Box height increases incrementally; each athlete has 3 attempts.
If the athlete fails all 3 attempts at a new height, their last successful jump counts.
Objective: Perform as many strict or kipping handstand push-ups as possible in 30 seconds.
Standards:
Athlete may choose strict or kipping, but must stay consistent for all reps.
Movement begins with arms locked out overhead in handstand position.
Head must touch the ground at the bottom; arms must lock out fully at the top.
Must remain within taped box or designated wall space.
Reps that do not meet full range or control will not count.
Judge calls “GO” and “TIME”; no reps after buzzer.
Objective: Cover the longest distance on hands without falling.
Standards:
Hands must start behind a line; walk forward as far as possible.
Athletes may build up before crossing the start line, but distance only counts once hands cross it.
No stopping: if athlete falls or takes a knee, attempt ends.
Distance measured to the point of fall or loss of control.
Two attempts per athlete; longer distance counts.
